CEPCO MANAGEMENT INC., was formed in 1988 to manage rental apartment housing throughout Minnesota and we have been at it ever since. In that time, our family run business has grown to over 1000 units owned and or managed by CEPCO. Curt Carlson and Bob Carlson both work in the business and with the help of many others they will manage your property as if it were their own.

We offer full management services for affordable rental housing in the HUD Section 8 program, the Housing Tax Credit program, and the USDA-RD Section 515 program, as well as, Market Rate rental housing management.

Industry Knowledge and Expertise in Affordable Rental Housing Programs

CEPCO developed and currently manages the second ever built Low Income Housing Tax Credit project in Minnesota along with many other rental communities in rural, suburban and metropolitan areas throughout Minnesota.

CEPCO is a qualified and accepted management agent for HUD, MHFA and USDA-Rural Development regulated housing developments in Minnesota.
